Brad Jackson – Jackson Allen & Williams, LLP
Attorney Brad Jackson is one of among only ten percent of attorneys in Texas who is Board Certified® in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He frequently practices cases including mass torts, medical device malfunctions, dangerous pharmaceuticals and other areas of consumer litigation. Throughout his career he has successfully tried many cases to successful verdicts for his clients. This has warranted him recognition in Super Lawyers® every year since 2004 and also listed as one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine. Attorney Jackson received his education from the University of Texas at Dallas and then went on to get his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University. Just a year later, he was admitted to the Texas State Bar and has been a member for more than 20 years. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and admitted to practice law in U.S. District Courts as well.
John "Trey" H. Allen – Jackson Allen & Williams, LLP
John "Trey" Allen resides in Dallas, Texas. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and then attained his law degree in 1993 from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Allen has dedicated his practice to helping victims of personal injury cases including trucking accidents, construction accidents, swimming pool accidents, mass torts, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and catastrophic injuries, such as amputations, brain injury, and spine injury. Mr. Allen has extensive and diverse experience in personal injury litigation and trial. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before several United States District Courts
Jennifer Nolte Williams – Jackson Allen & Williams, LLP
Jennifer Nolte Williams has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in various types for cases. Her experience adds immensely to the firm. She received her undergraduate education from the University of Texas at Austin and then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist school of Law in 1998. The same year, she was admitted to practice law in the State of Texas. Ms. Williams has years of experience in all types of personal injury litigation. She focuses on pharmaceutical litigation, medical product malfunctions, and catastrophic injury cases. She is admitted to practice law in Texas and California and in numerous United States District Courts. She is also a member of the American Association of Justice.
